He has been on the Board since May, 1993 and was appointed as Chairman of the Company in May 2014. He has over 20 years of experience in overall management of Companies both in India and internationally.
Mrs. Shefali S. Bajaj : Non Executive - Non Independent Director MBA
She has been on the Board since November, 2014 and commenced her career with Garware Marine in 1993.
Mr. Rajiv S. Khanna : Independent Director, B.Com.
He has been on the Board since September, 2009 and is a
partner in Shiv Silk Mills, Rajmal Paharchand, Esskay
Enterprises, S.R. Industries. He has been actively involved in the business of technical textiles. Presently he is involved in the field of Financial Planning.
Mr. Sanjay V. Chinai : Independent Director, B.Com.
He has been on the Board since October, 2015. He is presently employed as President of Anmol Solutions Private Limited which is actively involved in power sector, representing several Foreign Power Companies in India. He is also a Director of Catalyst India Private Limited and Taurus Trading Pvt. Ltd.
Mr. Vikas D. Sadarangani : Independent Director, B.Com.
He has been on the Board since November, 2016.
He is a partner for the past 25 years of M/s. Vikas Corporation which is actively involved in distribution of cinema equipment, and also the import and export of lighting equipment.
Mr. Shyamsunder V. Atre : Executive Director (KMP), B.E.(Electricals), DMM
He joined in the Company in the year 2001 and has effectively headed operations of the Company since then. He has more than 40 years of experience in the field of engineering, marketing and Labour relations. His prior work experience includes a long “stint” in Chicago Pneumatic India Limited (which later merged with Atlas Capco).
Ms. Pallavi P. Shedge : Company Secretary (KMP), M.Com., LL.B, ACS
She joined the Company as Company Secretary in August,2015. She has 6 years of experience in secretarial matters. She has worked with Reliance Industries Limited (fortune 500 company) and Prakash Steelage Limited. She also has 11 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
Mrs. Vipulata S. Tandel : Chief Financial Officer (KMP), B.Com.
She has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in February, 2017. She has over 20 years of experience in the Accounts and Finance has been working with the Company for the past 19 years.
