Garware Marine Industries Limited (GMIL) is a Public Limited Company
incorporated in 1975 as Modern Nets Ltd. The name was subsequently
changed to Garware Marine Industries Ltd. in 1981. The shares of the
Company are listed on The Bombay Stock Exchange Limited.
The Company has been engaged in the Manufacture and Marketing of Fishing
Nets for over 3 decades and is catering to the needs of large number
